What are the aspects that affect the shading rate of shading nets

2024.12.30
There are two main aspects that affect the shading rate of a sunshade net:
  1. Color and thickness of sunshade mesh:
The larger the diameter of the flat wire in the shading net, the greater the shading rate.
Similarly, the darker the color, the higher the shading rate.
Due to differences in color and thickness, there may be errors in the shading rate for the same weaving density.
When users choose sunshade nets, they should select the net with the corresponding shading rate according to the planting requirements.
2. Flat surface of shading net:
The issue of flat surface of sunshade nets mainly applies to flat woven sunshade nets (also known as twisted sunshade nets).
The same weft density and the same width of weft (flat silk) may result in different shading rates.
It is because during the production process, the warp fibers deform due to extrusion pressure, resulting in the inability to meet the originally designed shading rate requirements.
The denser the warp, the more difficult it is to achieve a flat surface for the sunshade net.
